Lea Salama Dimitri

Lea A. Salama Dimitri

  • Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and educated in the United States, Ms. Salama DiMitri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (cum laude) in 1992 and a Juris Doctor Degree in 1995 from the University of Miami. She is admitted to the State of Florida Bar as well as to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

    Since 1995, Ms. Salama DiMitri has been engaged in the private practice of immigration law at the Behar Law Group. She specializes in complex cases involving U.S. immigration and nationality issues, with an emphasis on corporate and compliance issues. Her experience covers all business as well as family immigration matters.

Marianne Callaos

Marianne Callaos

  • Marianne Callaos is an associate at Meland Budwick with experience representing purchasers, sellers, real estate developers and lenders in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, operation, and leasing of various property assets including multi-tenant properties, mixed-use and retail developments, drafting commercial leases, as well as commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements. Marianne’s experience also includes examining and performing due diligence on property title issues, performing closings for commercial and residential real estate transactions, and general corporate representation, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and the drafting of partnership, operating, and shareholder agreements.

    Prior to joining MB, Marianne worked at Fleitas, PLLC, where she represented purchasers, sellers, and lenders in commercial real estate transactions; drafted commercial leases, as well as commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements; drafted purchase and sale agreements in Spanish, among other responsibilities.
